Carpentry

Nathan Tomas owner of business. Very knowledgeable reliable honest person. I had water leak in main line he figured it out and done so quick and neatly with very reasonable price. I would recommend him to my friend and family.

A true professional. Very reasonable price, shows up as promised and final product is better than expected. Highly recommend without reservation.

We were Very Pleased with the work that M.A.N. Property Solutions did for us this week . We had new screens put in our screened in porch and the porch floor stained . They did an excellent job and even noticed a couple things and repaired those ! They let us know when they would be arriving and at the end of project cleaned every thing up ! ❤️

Nate repaired and painted my roughly 2000 sq ft lakeside deck. Final Cost was in accordance within the estimate. The project was started as agreed. The crew was on time and professional. Several repairs were completed as discussed, In addition, Nate had his men repaired several places that were not noticed initially. This attention to detail and safety of the finished product were truly appreciated. This is the latest of several small projects around my property that Nate and his crews have completed. I definitely will have him back again. He is strongly recommended.

This company turn my 1980's cold war era kitchen into a modern paradise to cook dinner and wash dishes. They really dived in and made sure everything was structurally sound before all the new stuff was installed.

M.A.N Property Solutions mounted a TV for us and expertly hid the cords. The installation was fast and easy. I especially appreciated the precision with which the workspace was cleaned up when he was finished with the install. We will call this group again for our next project!

The best quality work I've seen. I will totally recommend them. Good price also and that's just hard to beat

This company is super professional and always researches the best options to address problems. They stained and restored a 40 year old log home and it looks amazing. No job is too difficult for them!

Nate and Kelly have helped us out on various home improvement projects over the last five years for two different homes we have lived in here in East TN. They have redone a large deck with trex board, knocked out a wide scope check list from a home inspection to sell our previous home, custom built a beautiful wooden privacy fence divider, installed new interior and exterior doors with challenging carpentry repairs. They have identified and repaired foundation issues and other smaller things such as fixing a hot water heater, replaced multiple power outlets and switches, repaired a dryer vent, installed TV and garage mounts and much more. Both Nate and Kelly are professional and have proven to have a wide spectrum of construction knowledge; they are easy to deal and quote jobs with fair pricing. We highly recommend M.A.N. Property Solutions to anyone needing work done around their house or business.

Nathan and Kelly were able to fix our foundation issues we had with our home. Look forward to having them help us with future projects. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good couple of guys to work on your home.

Nathan and Kelly were able to help us fix our foundation issues. They were very respectful and timely with their repairs. Look forward to having them work on additional projects for us.

This is the 3rd project Nathan and Kelly did for me. Putting up a new stair rail. It turned out beautiful. Would definitely recommend them,

My 2 story house came with a spiral staircase for access. It was probably a "kit" from a big box store or mail/internet order. With age, it became rickety and soon to be unsafe. I hired M.A.N. to fix it........repair or replace. To my shock they completely replaced the old staircase with a beautiful handmade one. It is really a work of art and has become the focal point of my downstairs. It's also as sturdy and solid as it can be. Thanks Nate for a job done beyond my expectations!

Nathan of M.A.N. Properties gave a fair estimate, was always on time. He cleaned up after the job and goes above and beyond to do his best. Highly recommend and will definitely use agin.

Heavy rainfall revealed drainage problem at downstairs entry at our recently purchased home. I called M.A.N. and Nathan Thomas evaluated the situation, made knowledgeable recommendations and they completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Nathan always does a good job. We have used him for several projects. He’s very knowledgeable and reliable. Communication is great. Highly recommend!
